I made Tricia Stringer coke chicken wings today. I made a double recipe because there are 7 of us and Philip and Thomas could eat 9 pieces of chicken each. See the original post HERE. I started the chicken in the pan, according to Tricia's recipe. but because I'm kind of a lazy cook, I put the half cooked chicken and sauce in a baking dish along with some frozen Asian veggies. I baked the chicken for about 30 mins until it was brown. While the chicken cooked, I made Thai rice in the microwave. As you can see from the photo's it was a very big hit! Again, thank you Tricia for the idea. It wasn't super healthy, or even cheep but it was easy and very good!
