Making Scones for yourself or as a gift

Dry ingredients
300 grams flour
2 tea spoons of baking powder
and a pinch of sea salt

75 grams of cold butter
100 grams of sugar

wet ingredients
120 mi liter double cream
cap of vanilla
1 beaten egg

You mix dry ingredients together, wet ingredients well, and both together with care...not overworking the batter. The ingredients need to be mixed lightly to make light scones. Brush the top with warm milk. bake for 15 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries or butter and jam.
