Buttermilk Pie

Buttermilk Pie
3 eggs slightly beaten
11/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
3 teaspoons all purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pasrty for one 9 inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl whisk all ingredients
together until smooth .
Bake about 45 to 50 minutes or until
filling is a golden brown and center is is set
Cool on wire rack about an hour
Best when refrigerated 2 or 3 hours before serving


I saw this on CNN today. It looks like cheese cake. I love buttermilk. I'm going to give it a try. First I'm going to make Sloppy Joes for the kids.
